We're so excited to welcome you! Your instructor will personally greet you, help you get fitted with shoes and set up your bike, and brief you on the fundamentals of the upcoming workout. Our Indoor Spin classes are conducted in a low or no-light room to create a special environment where you can feel a sense of privacy and focus on your own journey.
Intro Offer: Your first class is just $10, and your second class is completely FREE! This amazing intro offer can be used for Indoor Cycling, Group Strength, and Barre classes (excluding specialty classes as noted).

Simply wear clothes that you would typically wear for physical activity - whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to move!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first ride. This gives you plenty of time to sign our waiver, get your shoes (shoes are FREE for your first class!), and get properly fitted for your bike. We want to make sure you feel completely prepared and excited for your workout!

Our standard Indoor Spin classes are 50 minutes long, featuring a 45-minute workout followed by a 5-minute stretch. We also offer 30-minute Indoor Spin classes on Wednesdays at 4:45pm for those looking for a quick, energizing session. Our Group Strength and Barre classes are 45 minutes long.

Absolutely! Intensity level is completely based on your personal preference. All instruction given by our instructors is a suggestion, and you should feel comfortable participating in or bypassing any instructions that don't feel right for you. Our goal is for you to receive a workout that fits YOUR goals and needs. Each instructor brings their own unique style and music preference, and we play music that spans the spectrum - so we recommend trying out different classes and instructors to find your perfect match!

Yes! You'll need to create an account on the Mindbody app to book classes and manage your visits. The Mindbody app is your one-stop shop for purchasing class packages or contracts, signing up for classes, and modifying your bookings - it makes everything super convenient!

Yes, you'll need to sign a waiver, which you can do when you arrive for your first class. We'll have plenty of time for this when you arrive 15 minutes early!

Absolutely! You can modify or reschedule your bookings anytime through the Mindbody app. Just remember our 4-hour cancellation policy to avoid late fees.
Waitlist Policy: If you're on the waitlist and a spot opens up, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class (no confirmation needed). We recommend planning as if you'll be attending since you could be added at any time! If you decide you no longer want to attend a waitlisted class, feel free to remove yourself from the waitlist anytime.

You must cancel your class reservation at least 4 hours prior to the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee of $8. You can easily modify or reschedule your bookings through the Mindbody app!

Class no-shows result in a $13 no-show fee. We understand things come up, so we encourage you to cancel ahead of time if you can't make it to avoid any fees.
Booking Information:
Clients on a contract can book 30 days out from their contract renewal date
Clients purchasing class packs can book as far out as the expiration date of their class pack
