Book Your First Class: Your first class is just $10, and your second class is FREE! (Applies to Indoor Cycling, Group Strength, and Barre classes)
Arrive 15 Minutes Early: We'll handle the rest! Let us know it's your first visit, sign your waiver, get fitted with FREE shoes, tour the space, and get set up on your bike.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear whatever you're most comfortable getting sweaty in!
Clothing: Women can ride in a tank top, t-shirt, or sports bra. Both men and women should wear form-fitting leggings or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals.
Shoes: You'll need cycling shoes that are Delta clip or SPD clip compatible. If you have your own, bring them! If not, you can rent ours for $3 (FREE on your first visit).
Forgot socks? No worries - we sell them for $3.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Style: We're rhythmic riders who ride to the beat of the music. We spend 95% of the time riding out of the saddle, but if you're a beginner, we encourage you to ride seated until you feel ready to stand.
The Atmosphere: Once class begins, the lights go off and we ride by candlelight - you'll still be able to see your instructor clearly. If you're sensitive to loud music, bring earplugs because we love our music cranked up!
Unique Every Time: Our SKY instructors create individual playlists for each class, so no two rides are ever the same.
Timing: We always start right on time. If you arrive and the door is locked, ring the bell to the left of the front door. If you're more than 5 minutes late and we have walk-in riders, there's a possibility your bike may be given away.
Our Philosophy: Zero Competition, Zero Judgment. This is YOUR ride, YOUR pace, YOUR journey.
YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
Medical Clearance: This is a full-body workout, so please consult your doctor before starting any new fitness program.
Bike Setup: Make sure your bike seat and handlebars are locked in place. Don't hesitate to ask your instructor for help - that's what we're here for!
Listen to Your Body: While our certified instructors will challenge and motivate you, you know your body best. Monitor your pace and intensity, especially on your first ride.
Modifications Welcome: We use weights and include arm choreography both in and out of the saddle. If you don't feel safe participating in any movement, you don't have to! We love when riders feel comfortable enough to just ride their own ride.
Stay Hydrated: Drink water during class and continue hydrating afterward.
Post-Workout Soreness: Feeling sore after your ride is completely normal! The sooner you return, the sooner the soreness will fade. We promise it gets better and easier, even though every workout remains a challenge.
