Having a lifelong passion for fitness, Lisa Stadler become a group fitness instructor in 2016 with the hopes of motivating others to love fitness. She is certified in several formats, but her all-time favorite is Indoor Cycling. Lisa fell in love with indoor cycling because of the high energy, calorie burning, sweat session that it generates.
In addition to instructing her fitness classes, Lisa also loves running, cycling, and mountain biking. She has completed numerous half marathons, 13 full marathons, and 1 ultra-marathon. Lisa has 5 Boston Marathon Qualifications and 2 Boston Marathon finishes. She has also completed 2 R.AI.N Rides (Ride Across Indiana) which is a 1 day, 1 way, 160-mile cycling challenge across the state of Indiana.
Lisa feels her greatest achievement in life is her 4 children. Being a wife and mom of 4, Lisa believes exercise is a healthy way to achieve balance in her busy life. She is convinced that fitness enhances the quality of life and should be a part of any balanced lifestyle.
